Responsibilities & Context: Role Summary: The Manager- Corporate Sales is responsible for driving B2B and institutional sales growth by developing corporate partnerships, managing key accounts, and leading the corporate sales team to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the corporate sales strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the corporate sales team to deliver sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate, institutional, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, tenders, and large-scale projects.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing, and commercial terms to ensure profitability.
- Oversee customer credit policies, ensure timely credit recovery, and manage overall credit risk exposure.
- Collaborate with internal departments for client bidding, product delivery, sales analysis, credit and risk assessment, and to take appropriate corrective measures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management.
