  • Candidates must be Smart, Confident, self-motivated, and dynamic.

  • Candidates must understand the Client's needs and identify the scope for Sales opportunities.

  • Ability to identify potential customers and develop sustainable relationships with them.

  • Strong Negotiation Capability.

  • Outstanding Presence of Mind with Dynamic Decision-Making Capability.

  • Solid Analytical Ability, Good Presentation and Convincing Skill.

  • Strong interpersonal relationships to convince customers.

  • Written and Oral Communication in both Bangla and English is highly desirable

  • Must have Computer Proficiency, Internet Browsing and Email using capability.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Innovate new dealer and franchise.

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the dealer network.

  • Ability to prepare dealer agreement.

  • Evaluate dealer performance regularly by sales, service, and customer satisfaction.

  • Plan and execute dealer expansion or rationalization as needed.

  • Monitor inventory management, order processing, and timely delivery to dealers.

  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction across dealerships.

  • Support dealers in improving after-sales service quality.

  • Ensure implementation of CRM tools and customer engagement programs at the dealer level.

  • Monitor dealer incentive schemes, discounts, and marketing spend.

  • Should have product knowledge, especially in the furniture sector.

  • The ability to develop new ideas for innovative furniture design that align with modern & market demand will be considered and added as a qualification.
