Working in assigned territory to ensure expected sales of company (Both primary and secondary)
Assign, Guide, Lead Sales Officers to achieve their target and ensure group performance set by company. You must ensure field visit with or without subordinates.
Create distributors where necessary, nurturing existing distributors and finding potential distributors every now and then. You also need to work in field with or without subordinates.
Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services.
