Additional Requirements:

 At least 5 years experiences in Showroom Management or similar nature of Jobs.

 The applicants should have experiences in the following business areas: Sales and Marketing of Products, management of retail store, stock analysis, customer services, profitability analysis, Data analysis etc.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Take the challenge to meet the target.

  • Expected to be target oriented & ensure achievement on time.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow, etc.).

  • Maintain inter-company accounts using software like Tally and ERP software using.

  • Record and manage vouchers, general ledger, cash book, bank book, and bill register.

  • Check bills and ensure timely and accurate posting.

  • Analyzing the market trends and buyer requirements / opportunities, and developing creative and innovative products by liaise with internal design, and innovation team.

  • Developing and managing Merchandising Annual Budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to drive sales and capacities in order to meet financial goals of the company.

  • Taking the ownership and liaise with leadership teams on various EPM improvement projects nominated by the company.

  • Conducting regular meetings once a week with the Production/ Planning Departments to make sure the smooth production and shipments.

  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams, including Product Development, Planning, and Quality Teams to align merchandising strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Any other task assign by the Management/Board.
