∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ SEARCH for new opportunities and IDENTIFY the right ones by assessing potentials (considering eligibility criteria and scope of work);
∎ COLLECT INFORMATION regarding the tender(s)/project(s) and CLARIFY the queries by communicating with the clients;
∎ WRITE a brief published/for the bidding team to help them prepare tender documents (Technical and Financial Offers for EOI/RFP/RFQ, etc.) and OVERSEE the progress of bid preparation, with necessary guidance as required, up to tender submission, or when it applies, until receiving NOA/WO and handing over the project to the respective project team in the company;
∎ DEVISE an appropriate winning strategy for each tender/project, GUIDE the office accordingly, and COORDINATE with the client properly to maximize the chances of winning;
∎ DEVELOP AND NURTURE relationships with potential clients and BUILD new opportunities;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Adequate industry knowledge (either in IT or Media related tenders or BOTH) with familiarity with potential client offices;
∎ Wonderful communication and networking skills;
∎ Language Skill: Excellent Speaking/Writing/Reading Skills in Both Bangla and English;
∎ Computer Skill: MS Office Applications, Fast & Accurate Typing in Both Bangla and English;
∎ Experience in project management is a plus;
∎ Team player, who can work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels;
∎ Independent and self-driven and work with minimum guidance;
∎ The ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations in a sensitive and creative manner;
∎ Conflict handling capacity;
∎ Self-motivation &control minded;
∎ Strong willingness & extra-ordinary efforts to achieve the targets;
