Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive who will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings. The Business Development Executive will be mainly responsible for winning new international business clients in Singapore to increase sales.
∎ Market Area: Singapore

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
∎ Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead qualification, responding to client queries, to solution definition, proposal creation, setting expectations on terms, to negotiations, contracts, and finally closing the sales.
∎ Identifying new business opportunities including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.
∎ Procuring new clients through word-of-mouth, social media and collaboration with the marketing department.
∎ Meet with clients or Partners through video conference.
∎ Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship.
∎ Develop new sales areas (corporate/B2B) and improving sales through various methods.
∎ Manage incoming flow of Marketing leads generated through website forms, incoming email, and phone calls to qualify and convert into new clients.
∎ Strong understanding of company Products or Services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
∎ Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
∎ Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
∎ Prepare emails and newsletters to send to the potential clients.
∎ Optimise the business website to increase online traffic.
∎ Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
∎ Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
∎ Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
∎ Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
∎ Need monitoring daily activities of workforce in Singapore office.
∎ Maintain the sales record through ERP.
∎ Maintain sales quotas, targets and activity level as determined by management.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill in English both spoken and written.
∎ Priority on promote product through digital marketing.
∎ Extensive sales experience.
∎ Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
∎ Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
∎ Neat, well-groomed appearance.
∎ Great networking skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication.
∎ Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

Salary: Negotiable
