Job Responsibilities:
∎ Client Acquisition:
∎ Identify and research potential client companies in target industries and markets
∎ Prospect for new business through cold calls, emails, networking events, and referrals
∎ Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
∎ Client Engagement:
∎ Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their unique HR needs and organizational goals
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for client companies, ensuring exceptional service delivery
∎ Proposal Development:
∎ Collaborate with our HR consulting team to create tailored proposals and HR service offerings
∎ Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that align with client requirements
∎ Sales and Negotiation:
∎ Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
∎ Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements in consultation with senior management
∎ Market Research:
∎ Stay informed about HR industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities
∎ Utilize market insights to identify opportunities and adapt our HR offerings accordingly
∎ Client Relationship Management:
∎ Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional HR services
∎ Foster long-term, strategic partnerships with key clients
∎ Networking:
∎ Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to expand the firm's network
∎ Build relationships with HR professionals, business leaders, and potential collaborators
∎ Sales Reporting:
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in our CRM system
∎ Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in business development, preferably within the HR consulting or related services industry.
∎ Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and industry trends.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
