Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territories.
∎ Identify new business opportunities by visiting farms, agricultural markets, and distributors.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
∎ Provide product knowledge and technical support to farmers and retailers.
∎ Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
∎ Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
∎ Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
∎ Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
