Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients in the related sectors.
∎ Develop, present and execute marketing strategies promote the company’s consultancy and educational services to clients.
∎ Develop customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
∎ Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and advertisements.
∎ Represent the company at educational shows, sponsored exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
∎ Maintain a strong online presence for the company through social media and digital campaigns.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, client interactions, and support performance.
∎ Provide updates to management on sales progress and client status.
∎ Attracting Bangladeshi Students to study in Russia.
∎ Finding new students who are interested in studying in Russia and connecting them with Russian On The Go.
∎ Performing follow-up calls and contacting potential clients to engage with Russian On The Go.
∎ Motivating confirmed clients to apply for the "Language & Culture" course under Russian On The Go.
∎ Contacting educational institutes of Bangladesh once a week to encourage them to establish a partnership/create an affiliation with Russian On The Go.
∎ Recruiting "Campus Ambassadors" in all educational institutions, training and instructing them to advertise Russian On The Go at their respective campuses (running campaigns, arranging promotional events, online webinars, etc.)
