Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Conceptualize, develop, and launch new products or brands in line with market trends, consumer insights, and company goals.
∎ 2.Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for new products and improvements to existing ones.
∎ 3.Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that each product meets quality standards, customer expectations, and profitability targets.
∎ 4. Work closely with R&D, design, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes.
∎ 5.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
