Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Sales Officer is responsible for supporting the sales department by managing day-to-day activities, interacting with customers, maintaining records, and ensuring excellent service delivery. This role contributes to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective coordination and proactive support.

∎ Responsibilities:
∎
∎ 1. Assist the Senior Officer in monitoring sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ 2. Maintain and update sales records to support reporting requirements, including purchases, requisitions, and client interactions.
∎ 3. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
∎ 4. Handle routine customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the Senior Officer or relevant departments.
∎ 5. Develop and maintain knowledge of company products to offer informed recommendations to customers.
∎ 6. Coordinate with accounts, production, delivery, and other departments to facilitate seamless order processing and delivery.
∎ 7. Work with the Officer/Senior Officer/colleagues to allocate clients to specific marketing officers for better focus and attention.
∎ 8. Collaborate in developing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
∎ 9. Identify new opportunities to expand market presence and promote the company's brand.
∎ 10. Help implement changes in showroom displays and stock arrangements to improve customer experience and sales performance.
∎ 11. Ensure all records of sales activities, customer appointments, and complaints are accurately documented.
∎ 12. Prepare and submit periodic reports as directed by the Senior Officer/Showroom IC.
∎ 13. Deliver exceptional customer service, especially for handling challenging customer situations.
