- Minimum (5-7) years of experience in relative field.
- The applicants must have sound knowledge in MS office, Excel, Outlook software, Printing & mailing etc.
- The applicant must have good communication skill in both Bangla and English.
- Excellent knowledge in computer operations is mandatory
- Other assigned duties as per top management.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Strategic Budgeting & Financial Planning.
- Analyzing Financial trends in order to assist the Management.
- Cash Flow Management & Forecasting.
- Tax, VAT, Audit Management.
- ERP & software
- Leadership & Team Management.
- SOP preparation for smooth departmental and cross departmental operations.
- Developing and maintaining the financial policy.
- Strong Communication & Compliance Knowledge.
- As a key member of the team you will play a critical role in ensuring transparency, compliance & effective financial management to support organizational mission and vision.
