∎ Ensure the cleanliness of the showroom.
∎ Motivating marketing employees of showrooms.
∎ Ensure 100% smart customer service.
∎ Ensure the showroom security system.
∎ Taking the proper initiative to increase sales & achieve the target & Maintain the stock list.
∎ Ensure daily bank deposit & expense posting.
∎ Keep cash memo & product receiving challan proper way.
∎ Checked sales, expenses & cash on a daily basis.
∎ Ensure smooth running of office AC, IPS & other showroom equipment.
∎ Ensuring 100% collection of due & new installments.
∎ Context:The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets. Key responsibilities include maintaining showroom cleanliness, motivating staff, managing inventory, ensuring timely financial transactions, and implementing security measures. The role demands excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills to drive sales growth and operational excellence while maintaining a positive and professional showroom environment.
