∎ Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our services, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and vision.
∎ Conduct market research to identify target audiences and optimize campaigns based on findings.
∎ Client Acquisition and Retention
∎ Identify and approach potential clients, fostering relationships to generate leads.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
∎ Brand Promotion and Awareness
∎ Enhance brand visibility through creative content on social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
∎ Coordinate with the design team to produce promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and online ads.
∎ Content Marketing and Digital Presence
∎ Manage the company’s social media accounts, ensuring regular updates and engagement with followers.
∎ Create and publish content that aligns with Research Heaven’s tone and audience preferences to drive traffic and inquiries.
∎ Market Analysis and Reporting
∎ Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
∎ Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and prepare detailed reports for management.
∎ Event Coordination and Representation
∎ Plan and oversee promotional events, workshops, or webinars to attract new clients.
∎ Represent Research Heaven at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand the company’s network.
∎ Collaboration with Teams
∎ Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
∎ Provide feedback from the market to inform service improvements and new offerings.
∎ Innovation and Continuous Improvement
∎ Stay updated with the latest marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
∎ Suggest innovative ways to improve marketing efforts and achieve organizational goals.
