Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ ● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive land sales and market growth.
∎ ● Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
∎ ● Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate brokers, and industry partners.
∎ ● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.
∎ ● Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team.
∎
∎ Qualifications:
∎ ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field;
∎ ● 8+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
∎ ● Previous experience with land sales focusing in the Uttara, Purbachal and Uttarkhan areas preferred
∎ ● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
∎ ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
