∎ 12+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
∎ Previous experience with land sales focusing in the Uttara, Purbachal and Uttarkhan areas preferred
∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive land sales and market growth.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate brokers, and industry partners.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.
∎ Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team.
