Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the external sales team by managing internal sales processes, including order processing and documentation.
∎ Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
∎ Respond to inquiries from customers and the sales team regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
∎ Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the CRM system.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to understand market trends and customer preferences.
∎ Provide feedback on product demand, pricing strategies, and competitors’ activities.
∎ Walton Digi-Tech Industries Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Marketing & Sales team as an Executive/Senior Executive – Internal Sales. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing internal sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination with the sales team, and achieving sales target through effective customer engagement and support.
