∎ The applicant must have at least 1 years job experience in sales & marketing with large garments accessories Non-Nominated market (Carton, Poly bag, Narrow Fabric, Label, Hang Tag, Gum Tape, Plastic Accessories & Printing Press).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop new customers & maintain liaison with existing customers.
∎ Ensure sales of product to achieve annual business plan.
∎ Achieve monthly and annually sales target of team.
∎ Ensure market visit with Executive / Officer / MT daily basis.
∎ Visit buyer for nomination and to acquire maximum business share and to create new customers.
∎ Handle Customer complain.
∎ Create production planning according to order and ensure on time delivery, Work for market credit realization.
∎ Prepare sales projection and team wise sales report, Lead, monitor, appraise and train up subordinates to achieve the sales target, Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics and cost and markup factories.
∎ Formulate, direct and coordinate non nomination and nomination marketing activities among the renowned buyers.
∎ Involve and engage in projects, initiatives and events that is assigned by the Management which is necessary for the greater well-being of the Organization.
