∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or in any other relevant fields from a reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Software Company
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities.
∎ Identifying new clients in the IT industry
∎ Pitching & promoting products in the industry
∎ Planning & performing market analysis to enhance service ability for existing products
∎ Preparing analytical reports on activities and future plan
∎ Facilitating engineering team by providing industry demand on the basis of futuristic analysis
∎ Preparation of Expression of Interest (EOI), RFP, technical & commercial proposal
∎ Checking regular updates of prospective tenders where the organization's business interest is involved
∎ Attending meetings, tech-seminars to represent the organization in local & international events.
∎ Work as point of contact (POC) to process sales and work with the client through the closing process.
∎ Research industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management to discuss strategy.
∎ Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, maintaining short- and long-term
∎ business development plans.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong efficiency in Documentation
∎ High level of proficiency in English
∎ Excellent communication skills through email, over the phone & in person
∎ Strong presentation skills both online & offline.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to maintain proper database in MS Excel/Google Sheets
