Item ATLAS is a growing online platform focused on delivering a seamless e-commerce experience. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our growth through SEO, online marketing strategies, and continuous platform improvement.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for growing Item ATLAS’s user base, increasing online visibility, and ensuring the platform remains up to date, competitive, and user-friendly. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on digital marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings

• Plan, manage, and optimise online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.)

• Identify new business growth opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams

• Analyse website performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights

• Ensure Item ATLAS content, listings, and features are regularly updated and optimised

• Work closely with technical and design teams to improve user experience and conversion rates

• Monitor competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge

• Prepare regular performance reports and growth recommendations

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in business development, digital marketing, or a similar role

• Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)

• Experience with online advertising platforms and marketing tools

• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into growth strategies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset

Desirable Skills

• Experience with e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces

• Familiarity with content management systems and basic web technologies
