Responsibilities & Context:
IT Operations & Connectivity – Maintain overall IT operations, system software, and ensure uninterrupted LAN/Wi-Fi and office network connectivity.
Network & Infrastructure Management – Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and design/upgrade networking solutions to support business needs.
Hardware & Software Maintenance – Repair, replace, and upgrade hardware/software; perform tests and evaluations on new IT equipment.
Preventive & Corrective Support – Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with teams for resolution, and provide user support for SAPs and ship software.
Server & Backup Management – Administer servers, perform regular backups, and restore data to ensure system reliability.
IT Asset & Inventory Control – Manage IT stores, maintain asset inventory, assist requisition processes, and ensure availability of spare parts.
Security & Surveillance Systems – Implement and monitor security surveillance systems, update employee attendance records, and ensure workplace safety.
Documentation & Reporting – Prepare and maintain accurate records of IT operations, maintenance activities, and asset history.
