Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Strong experience in Python and Django framework
• Ability to design and develop scalable backend architectures
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of databases and backend performance
• Experience with React.js is a plus (not mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Backend Development (Core)

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python & Django
• Build and manage REST APIs for web and third-party integrations
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability

Database & System Design

• Design and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Write efficient queries and manage migrations
• Ensure data integrity and application stability

API & Integration

• Integrate third-party services and APIs
• Work with frontend developers to support seamless data flow
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access

Collaboration & Maintenance

• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and project management teams
• Debug issues and provide long-term solutions
• Maintain documentation and follow best coding practices
