• Strong proficiency in PHP (core + OOP)
• Expertise in WordPress theme and plugin customization
• Experience with WooCommerce customizations and plugin modifications
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and English communication skills
• Familiarity with MySQL, Git, and server environments

Key Responsibilities

1. Web & PHP Development

• Develop, maintain, and optimize websites using PHP / Laravel / WordPress
• Implement custom features based on client requirements

2. Laravel Development (Plus Point)

• Build custom modules and functionalities
• Integrate APIs and follow MVC architecture
• Support complex backend solutions when WordPress alone is insufficient

3. WordPress Development

• Customize WordPress themes and plugins
• Modify existing plugins and integrate new ones as needed

4. WooCommerce, Magento & eCommerce

• Set up and maintain WooCommerce stores
• Customize checkout flows, product types, and payment gateways
• Work on Magento projects when required (optional)
• Ensure website performance, speed, and security

5. Maintenance & Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with designers, QA, and other team members
• Document tasks, updates, and progress
• Follow coding best practices
