Your role

• Design and build backend services and APIs for our broker platform.

• Work across the stack where needed (backend-heavy, with some frontend).

• Ensure performance, security, and reliability of our services.

Your profile

• 5+ years experience as backend or full-stack engineer (Senior level).

• Strong in Node.js backend development with REST APIs and PostgreSQL.

• Comfortable across the stack: HTML5, CSS, TailwindCSS, TypeScript, React, Next.js.

• Confident with Git, GitHub, CI/CD and basic DevOps practices.

• Excellent English.

Location & employment

• Location: Dhaka office (no fully remote work)

• Employment: Full-time, permanent (no freelancers)

• Office presence: minimum 2–3 days per week on site

• Tech stack (core): HTML5, CSS, TailwindCSS, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Git, GitHub, REST APIs, CI/CD, DevOps practices
