Your role

• Own the visual and UX quality of our insurance/finance broker platform and marketing/sales flows

• Design high-conversion web experiences: landing pages, onboarding, product journeys, and critical workflow screens

• Create beautiful, modern, confident UI that sells—strong hierarchy, typography, spacing, and consistency

• Build and maintain Figma-first systems: components, tokens, variants, patterns, and scalable design standards

• Produce clear dev-ready handoffs (specs, states, responsive behavior, edge cases) and work closely with Frontend

• Push for excellence: you challenge weak design, refine relentlessly, and raise the bar across the product

Your profile

• You are a designer first (not a developer). If your core identity is “full-stack developer who also designs,” please apply to our dev roles instead.

• Senior UI/UX/Visual designer with a strong portfolio of modern web products (B2B workflows is a plus)

• Figma mastery is non-negotiable (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, libraries)

• You live for craft: pixel precision, sharp taste, strong visual direction, and pragmatic UX thinking

• You can explain decisions clearly and work fast without losing quality

• Excellent English (spoken & written) — no translators, no exceptions
