Your role

• Ensure the quality of our insurance and finance broker platform

• Plan, execute and document manual and automated tests

• Test web applications and REST APIs across frontend and backend

• Work closely with Developers, Product Management and Design

• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and support release decisions

Your profile

• Senior QA profile with 5+ years professional experience

• Strong knowledge of manual testing and test automation

• Experience testing React / Next.js frontends and Node.js / PostgreSQL backends

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, regression testing and bug tracking

• Experience with automation tools (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or similar)

• Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven mindset

• Excellent English (spoken & written)

We are an IT company in the insurance and financial services industry, building a broker platform with international teams in Austria, Germany, Dubai and Bangladesh.

Location & employment

• Location: Dhaka office (no fully remote work)

• Employment: Full-time, permanent (no freelancers)

• Office presence: minimum 2–3 days per week on site

• Tech stack (core): HTML5, CSS, TailwindCSS, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Git, GitHub, REST APIs, CI/CD, DevOps practices
