- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, ClickUp, etc.)
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in managing software development projects
- Hands-on experience working with development teams in a software development environment

Responsibilities & Context:
Job Purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. The role ensures effective coordination between clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver software development projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain essential documents including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and business analysts.
- Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and address risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Manage change requests and control project scope, cost, and timelines.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to clients and senior management.
- Ensure quality standards are met and deliverables align with client and business requirements.
- Support project closure activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and handover.
