Job Summary
We are looking for a Computer Hardware Technician who can assemble computers, repair and service laptops and desktops, and assist customers in selecting and purchasing computer components.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and configure desktop PCs based on customer requirements

• Diagnose, repair, and service laptops and desktop computers

• Install and replace hardware components such as RAM, hard drives, SSDs, power supplies, and motherboards

• Install operating systems, drivers, and basic software

• Troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues

• Test systems to ensure proper performance before delivery

• Assist customers with selecting computer parts and accessories

• Explain product features, pricing, and compatibility to customers

• Handle sales of computer components and peripherals

• Maintain inventory and ensure proper handling of hardware parts

• Provide basic after-sales support and customer service

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components

• Experience in PC assembly and laptop/desktop servicing

• Ability to identify and fix common hardware problems

• Basic understanding of Windows and software installation

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Sales experience in computer hardware is a plus

• Willingness to learn new technologies

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment
