Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (CSE preferred).

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software testing.

• Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, tools, and processesHands-on experience with Playwright for test automation.

• Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Job Overview

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive test planning, execution, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in manual testing, and a passion for delivering quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand requirements and define test strategies

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for web/mobile/API applications

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of the Agile development process

• Report, track, and manage bugs using tools like Jira, Clickup or similar

• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright

• Perform regression, smoke, sanity, functional, and integration testing

• Support CI/CD processes with integration of automated tests

• Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to QA process improvement initiatives

• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation and test strategies
