Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in Industrial Solution, System Integration, licensed software distribution, or Industrial hardware.

  • Proven client portfolio in Manufacturing Industries, Corporate, telco, or government sectors with immediate revenue potential.

  • Strong knowledge of Corproate & Government tender processes & vendor registration.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, and target-driven.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Professional with a demonstrated track record of consistent monthly revenue generation to accelerate business growth across Industrial, Corporate, Telco, and Government sectors.

The ideal candidate must possess 2–5 years of proven B2B sales excellence in Industrial Hardware Solutions, System Integration, and Licensed Software, with hands-on mastery of government tenders and public procurement mechanisms. This role demands an established and active client portfolio, capable of delivering measurable sales results from the first month of engagement.

This is a target-intensive, performance-driven role designed for individuals who thrive in high-value deal closures and strategic account expansion.


Core Sales Mandate

  • Drive immediate and sustained revenue growth through existing and new industrial, corporate, telco, and government accounts

  • Convert pre-existing client relationships into active purchase orders and long-term contracts

  • Lead government tender participation (e-GP, direct procurement, framework agreements, RFQ/RFP/EOI) with a focus on bid success and value optimization

  • Achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with strict performance accountability

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, technical evaluators, and key decision-makers

  • Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction


Performance & Revenue Expectations

  • Deliver consistent monthly sales value aligned with predefined revenue benchmarks

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets without dependency on long ramp-up periods

  • Secure early wins within the first 30–60 days through existing sector relationships

  • Ensure regular tender participation with competitive pricing, compliance, and documentation accuracy

  • Expand and diversify the client portfolio across multiple industry verticals within the first 1–2 months

  • Proven ability to close high-value B2B and government deals

  • Strong negotiation, proposal, and stakeholder management skills

  • Deep understanding of industrial sales cycles, procurement frameworks, and compliance requirements

  • Results-oriented mindset with clear revenue ownership and accountability

  • Comfortable operating in a high-pressure, target-centric sales environment
