Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Dataverse and data modeling

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technology Specialist – Microsoft Power Platform with 2–3 years of practical experience in designing, developing, and supporting low-code business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and IT teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality applications that drive digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will be capable of independently delivering end-to-end Power Platform solutions, from requirement analysis to deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps

• Build and optimize Power Automate workflows (cloud and desktop flows)

• Develop Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards

• Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, and views

Integration & Automation

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel)

• Implement integrations with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions – basic to intermediate)

• Utilize standard and custom connectors for system integration

• Implement approval workflows and business process automation

Security, Governance & Performance

• Implement Dataverse security roles, row-level security, and environment strategies

• Apply Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and governance standards

• Optimize application performance and user experience

• Support compliance and audit requirements

Support, Optimization & Documentation

• Provide L2/L3 support for Power Platform applications

• Troubleshoot application, flow, and data issues

• Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and user guides

• Participate in solution enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaboration & Best Practices

• Translate business requirements into technical Power Platform solutions

• Follow Microsoft Power Platform ALM best practices

• Collaborate with architects, security, and infrastructure teams

• Stay updated with Power Platform features and roadmap.
