Responsibilities & Context:
• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns, including targeting setup, budget allocation, and ad creatives
• Conduct audience research to identify and target relevant demographics, interests, and behaviors
• Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team to produce high-impact ad creatives
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, formats, and audience segments to identify top-performing combinations
• Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient spending and optimal campaign performance
• Analyze campaign performance metrics including reach, impressions, CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROAS
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights, adjusting targeting, creatives, and budget distribution
• Design and execute lead generation strategies aligned with business goals
• Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to re-engage past visitors and ad engagers
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to align Meta Ads strategies with broader marketing initiatives
