Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Technology Specialist – Microsoft Power Platform who is eager to build a career in low-code application development, business process automation, and data-driven solutions. This role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, while working closely with business users, consultants, and senior specialists.

The trainee will support real-world projects focused on digital transformation, workflow automation, reporting, and citizen development enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

Power Platform Fundamentals:

• Assist in developing Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps

• Support creation and maintenance of Power Automate workflows

• Assist in building Power BI reports and dashboards

• Support Dataverse tables, relationships, and basic security roles

Business Process & Automation Support:

• Assist in automating business processes using Power Automate

• Support integration with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel)

• Assist in basic integrations with Azure services and connectors

• Support form-based and portal solutions using Power Pages (basic)

Support, Testing & Documentation:

• Support testing, debugging, and validation of Power Platform solutions

• Assist in resolving user issues and application defects

• Create user guides, documentation, and training materials

• Support application deployment and environment management (Dev/Test/Prod – basic)
