• Age 25 to 45 years

• Create daily and weekly visuals and videos for Experience Group’s social media platforms

• Design graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials

• Develop creative concepts and design layouts for digital and print materials (e.g., social media posts, banners, brochures, posters, presentations)

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs

• Work with marketing, digital, and content teams to translate project needs into visual outputs

• Create logos, icons, and other visual elements aligned with company branding

• Design clean, modern graphics to support newsletters and company announcements

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs

• Develop and maintain social media templates aligned with Experience Group’s brand identity

• Develop static and animated graphics, info graphics, GIFs, and short video elements

• Design posters, flyers and digital invitations for corporate and internal events

• Edit videos, photos and reels for social media platforms

• Organize and maintain a shared digital asset library to ensure visual consistency across all materials

• Stay updated on social media design trends and recommend creative ideas to improve engagement and brand visibility

• Handle multiple design tasks, maintain deadlines, and ensure design quality standards
