Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Post graduation degree in any subject with at least five years of working experience in Micro credit program with experience on marketing.
∎ Skills Required: Basic Computer Operating Skill, Reporting and Documentation

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
At least 05 years working experience in microcredit program, Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide capacity development training to field staff and beneficiaries of Micro credit program on dry fish business.
∎ To develop linkages with market actors for dry fish business.
∎ To provide training on safe dry fish production, packaging and marketing.
∎ To coordinate with World Fish management.
∎ To coordinate with staff of Micro Credit at field , branch and head office level.
∎ Prepare annual program plan and budget for the program
∎ Ensure effective implementation of activities of the program.
∎ Regular monitor field and branch level program activities.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reports using program formats for World Fish and organization.
∎ Coordinate with World Fish and other stake holders.
∎ Arrange training for staff development of the program.
∎ Responsible for proper implementation and development of the program.
∎ Do other job assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self motivated
∎ Hard working
∎ Good report writing skill in English
∎
Salary:
∎ Tk. 49000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ As per project provision
