Job Context:
∎ JOB LOCATION : Khulna City
∎ We are looking for hiring an experienced Business Developer ( Marketing Sales Agent ) to promote company sales and agent ship management in grass root level. In this position, you will be involved in developing sales & marketing strategies, implementing sales & marketing plans, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports and develop marketing area in company policy and structure .

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales target and agent ship target.
∎ To maintain relationship with the existing and new customers and agents .
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.
∎ Submit market data and management report on time daily basis .
∎ Responsible to submit daily, weekly, monthly sales report to immediate senior .
∎ Organizing regular field visits to prospective clients, demonstrating and presenting our work and establishing existing businesses & products.
∎ Promote the product offering to the target customers.
∎ Answering queries of customers, providing advice & introducing our products to clients.
∎ Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
∎ Working with the field marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies.
∎ Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
∎ Collecting data from field for product and business development.
∎ Explore new markets to contribute in sales increase.
∎ Take effective regular sales visits to Different Potential customer
∎ To ensure maximum profitability of company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Sales commission will be added on extra along salary .
