Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure E2E business risk mitigation during any business/technology project execution by identifying the gap between business requirement vs the proposed solution
∎ Ensure successful migration to new systems while assuring the key business parameters, enable the transformation of the desired state by combining technology & telco services
∎ Manage and develop continual trust for customers and partners' ecosystem through the application of "assurance by design" principles
∎ Organize and drive for timely risk identification, collaborate and coordinate escalated risks, and plan for recovery of different business processes including revenue reporting, after-sales services, bad debt management to enhance company EBITDA
∎ Improve the experience of the customer journey through proper risk mitigation during system readiness and implementation phases to adapt new business requirements
∎ Protect customers from business and regulatory risks associated with different telecom services and system loopholes
∎ Consult regularly with internal and external stakeholders for proper tracking of the sensitive and priority issues to mitigate regulatory and business associated
∎ Regularly examine and suggest the improvement areas of business assurance, plan and lead the project to implement new risk detection controls by performing a gap analysis and timely escalate to relevant stakeholders for closure.
∎ Manage proper documentation of each business assurance function and processes and prepare control description for each control including E2E control execution, monitoring, and analysis steps
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 years of experience in the relevant field
∎ Thorough knowledge of telecom and digital business processes and systems
∎ Advance knowledge of telecom network elements, charging, billing, ERP, POS systems
∎ Details knowledge on echo system partners' solutions including CBVMP, Content Providers and digital partners
∎ Advance knowledge on Revenue Assurance and Risk Management
∎ Details understanding of product/pricing/sales/activation related BTRC regulations
∎ Advance knowledge on telecom data migration
∎ Advance knowledge on E2E customer journey of telecom
∎ Sound knowledge on Regulatory directives
∎ Advance knowledge on database and excel
∎ Intermediate knowledge on shell scripting and programming languages (PHP, C#, Java, Python)
∎ Understanding of finance best practices
∎ RAFM experience will be considered as added advantages
