Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a reputed university.

• Master’s degree in relevant field will be considered an added advantage.

• Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP) will be treated as a plus. 

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

Additional Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla (both written and verbal).

• Proficiency in documentation, databases (SQL preferred), and presentation tools.

• Sound knowledge of government and public tendering processes.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. The selected candidate will play a critical role in requirements gathering, process documentation, and tender/proposal preparation, while working closely with our development and implementation teams. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand and document requirements, and propose effective solutions.

• Prepare professional documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Request for Proposal (RFP), tender documents, and project reports.

• Work with databases and systems to collect, analyze, and present data-driven insights.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements align with system functionalities.

• Manage and prepare tender submissions for government and public sector projects.

• Develop high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

• Conduct market and technology research to guide business strategy.
