Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA /MBA in Accounting. Bachelor Degree in any other subjects with strong knowledge of Accounting can also apply.
∎ MIS/ IT related Courses from any reputed institute is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform Requirement Elicitation and Requirement Analysis.
∎ To understand client's requirements (what they want) clearly and translate the requirements into clearly understandable business and technical documents for System Analyst, Developers, Testers, Clients and other Stakeholders.
∎ To have willingness to visit client premises to understand business process of the clients.
∎ To perform presentation and product demonstration in front of clients and other stakeholders.
∎ To have capability to using UML and UML tools (like Enterprise Architect) to prepare required documents for stakeholders.
∎ To write functional test specification and perform functional testing.
∎ To perform software release process and quality assurance (QA) related activities which are related to development team.
∎ To perform other activities assigned by team manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ To have good understanding about the techniques of Requirement Elicitation, Requirement Analysis and Impact Analysis.
∎ To have good understanding about Requirements, Scope, Use Case, Prototyping, Business Requirement Specification (BRS), Scope of Requirements (SoR) etc.
∎ To have good concept about Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Development Methodologies (like Agile).
∎ To have good concept about Unified Modelling Language (UML) and one or more UML tools like Enterprise Architect / MS VISIO / eDraw Max etc.
∎ To have general knowledge about UI/UX requirements and to be familiar with one or more UI/UX (Prototyping/Wireframing) tools like UxPin / Proto.io / Adobe XD etc.
∎ To have general knowledge in Programming Logic and Technique (PLT) and Relational Database Management System (RDBMS).
∎ To have good understanding in Accounting and Finance.
∎ To have strong skill in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
∎ To have strong analytical skill.
∎ To have strong oral and written communication skill.
∎ To have faith on the dialog "Honesty is the best policy".
∎ To have integrity, politeness and trustworthiness.
∎ To have seriousness about responsibilities and love for work.
∎ To be energetic, smart problem solver and quick thinker.
∎ To have willingness to take challenges and work under pressure.
∎ To have multi-dimensional learning interest.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
