Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration or Information Management System
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop business solutions by analyzing ways to achieve business or project goals and objectives.
∎ Identify problems and their solutions
∎ Define, analyze, document and verify current business processes, business rules and requirements and document customer's current and future business needs by completing the requirement specification documentation (RSD)
∎ Improve clients' processes and procedures, where possible
∎ Ensure the signoff of proposed processes and requirements by the clients
∎ Ensure the proposed solution and requirements are understandable by stakeholders using standard communication tools (UML)
∎ Carry out demonstration of prototypes or developed solutions
∎ Write and organize test cases based on requirements
∎ Organize user acceptance testing
∎ Conduct gap analysis of customers' requirements and Southtech's products
∎ Once confirmed, document all of the customers' requirements using Southtech's standard tools (EA)
∎ Understand the user Interface requirements and evaluate, test and recommend enhancements
∎ Conduct testing against use cases
∎ Finalize necessary business documents required by Quality Assurance prior to Software Release
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have working experience on ERP
∎ Should have the following Skills:

∎ Presentation and Public Speaking

∎ Accounting
∎ BABOK (Business Analyst Body of Knowledge)
∎ Software Testing
∎ Strong Analytical Knowledge
∎ Test Specification Development, etc.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
