∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for software development.
∎ Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs, workflows, and system integrations to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
∎ Work closely with software engineers and product managers to define project scope, prioritise features, and ensure successful delivery of software solutions.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive business process models using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), such as process flows and swimlane diagrams.
∎ Develop business process documentation, including Business Process Descriptions (BPD), to capture and communicate process details.
∎ Produce well-structured Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) documents, outlining functional and non-functional requirements.
∎ Prepare Use Case Documents to describe interactions between users and the software system.
∎ Create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to define software features and ensure alignment with user needs.
∎ Develop Wireframes or Prototypes to visualise user interfaces and facilitate user feedback and validation.
∎ Prepare Impact Analysis documents to assess the potential effects of changes to the software system.
∎ Conduct Gap Analysis to identify discrepancies between existing system capabilities and desired business outcomes.
∎ Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop test plans, validate software functionality, and ensure a high level of product quality.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve business analysis practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to work within the Deadline.
∎ Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
∎ Project management experience is preferred, with a track record of successful project coordination, planning, and execution.
∎ Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello etc.
∎ Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
∎ Solid understanding of software architecture, database concepts, and system integrations.
∎ Experience in using analysis tools such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) for process modelling.
∎ Familiarity with creating Business Process Descriptions (BPD) to capture and communicate process details.
∎ Ability to produce well-structured Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) documents.
∎ Experience in preparing Use Case Documents, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Wireframes, and Impact Analysis documents.
∎ Experience in conducting data analysis using SQL, Excel, or other relevant tools.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
