Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate major in Agriculture/Business/Marketing from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
∎ Design the crop as product through proper packaging, information and manage vendors, organize product demonstration, field day, meeting, seminar, and fair at different beneficiary levels.
∎ Formulate price structure analyzing different cost elements and profit objective, and provide input to sales force to increase the market share.
∎ Propose crop/variety-wise sales commission and incentive plan for both trade members and sales and marketing team and design other product offer to increase sales.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
∎ Regularly prepare reports and presentations for Sales team.
∎ Work with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
∎ Use previous sales data and market trends to develop forecasts and projections.
∎ Forecasting demand, revenue, and expenses.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Must have sound knowledge in MS Office.
Salary: Negotiable
