∎ This position requires performing detailed analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a proposed business segment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with business stakeholders.
∎ Collecting, validating and documenting business requirements.
∎ Analysing financial data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts
∎ Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
∎ Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
∎ Creating functional specifications for business solutions.
∎ Estimating costs and identifying business savings.
∎ Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team.
∎ Implementing and testing of solutions.
∎ Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to adapt to the constantly changing context of a tech startup
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ The ability to make critical decisions, business scope identification and assessing viability of solutions.
∎ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
∎ Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
∎ Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
∎ Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
∎ Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
∎ Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
∎ Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
∎ Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
