Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline of business administration/engineering from reputed university; MBA is desirable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing business data and preparing reports & presentations for Managing Director/Country Head.
∎ Establish and maintain liaison relationship with multiple business segments & external bodies
∎ Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any change management initiatives
∎ Suggest changes to leadership team using analytics to support recommendations and actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
∎ Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
∎ Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
∎ Follow-up and monitor special projects and report deviations to leadership team
∎ Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning of the company
∎ Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
∎ Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
∎ Leads the assessment of client needs and operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for immediate business needs and recommends options
∎ Leads development and communicates business requirements and functional specifications for the design and implementation of business solutions
∎ Responsible for business case development and presentation
∎ Lead different Customer Experience activities throughout the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience; 2 years must be in similar role
∎ Working experience in any manufacturing industry is desirable
∎ Additional:
∎ IT literate with advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Highly organized and able to manage broad portfolio of activities independently
∎ Good innovative skills for introducing new strategies & initiatives
∎ Strong communications skill - effective presentations at all levels & negotiation
∎ Deep understanding of business to business (B2B) product marketing
