Job Context:
∎ Strong footprint in prototype development, project management and collaboration tools
∎ Project Management/ Business analysis experience with Agile/PRINCE2/PMP/CBAP will get the privilege
∎ Business analysis or software development or project management experience in ERP, e-commerce, education, etc. solutions will add value
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Translate user needs to business requirements and collaborate with development resources to ensure systems requirements meet the business requirements
∎ Analyzes complex business problems and provides sound workable solutions in collaboration with stakeholders through technology and business process creation or change or to identify appropriate technical solutions
∎ Review and analyze the effectiveness and the efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
∎ Maintains processes to ensure the project management documentation, reports, and plans are relevant, accurate, and complete
∎ Work with internal and external stakeholders to collect/analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
∎ Prepare complete BRS, SRS, etc. documents and prepare to take approval from concern
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders during the product visioning and concept development
∎ Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation taking concern from relevant
∎ Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product
∎ Coordinates and tracks technology project resources, staff, assets, and schedules to ensure timely project outcomes
∎ Serves as an escalation point for all project-related issues

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
