• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Data Science

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (majors such as EEE, CSE, ECE, ETE, Data Science preferred).Master’s degree in Business or Engineering is highly desirable.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as Business Analyst with at least 10 years in strategic or leadership roles in relevant field.

• Proven track record of driving business growth and successfully managing large-scale or complex nature business.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering with stakeholders across RAN, Core, and Business teams.

• Analyze telecom KPIs (traffic, revenue, QoS, customer experience) to identify business opportunities and gaps.

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and actionable insights.

• Drive data-driven decision-making for network optimization, 5G rollout, and digital services.

• Coordinate with technical, operations, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of business objectives.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive presentations for management review.

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and business case development for telecom projects.

• Ensure continuous improvement through performance tracking and strategic recommendations.
