∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis for banking/enterprise software.
∎ Solid understanding of core banking domains such as General Banking, Lending, Trade Finance, Treasury, ERP.
∎ Experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, Confluence, and business modeling tools.
∎ Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts in business terms.
∎ Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for Business Analyst, who will act as the bridge between stakeholders and engineering teams. Also gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for our Core Banking platform and enterprise financial modules. This position work will directly impact the planning, delivery, and success of product features deployed in high-stakes financial institutions.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from clients, domain experts, and stakeholders
∎ • Convert requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows
∎ • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA, and project managers to align scope and expectations
∎ • Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution workshops with both internal and external teams
∎ • Prepare BRDs, SRS documents, Use Case Models, and requirement traceability matrices
∎ • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and act as a liaison for post-deployment validation
∎ • Ensure solutions comply with banking regulatory guidelines and standards
