Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the category, operation and marketing Team in performing functions like sales, profit, research, budgeting and forecasting and help them plan their projects, functions and departmental goals.
∎ Drive the Business Team by implementing sound business intelligence practices.
∎ Analyze the trends in business activities over the month, quarter or year, confirm if the trends are in accord with the planned goals, identify any under-performing products, sub-category, category, and/or suppliers and propose recovery plans to the Category Team.
∎ Analyze the risks involved in undertaking the proposed plans and help the organization make decisions.
∎ Gather departmental reports, compile data and prepare a summarized report, evaluating the organization's overall performance.
∎ Verify the outlets' financials and identify the areas of improvements to improve performance as per plan.
∎ Act as a link between the top management and the business team and maintain effective coordination and communication between them.
