∎ Minimum 2 years experience in the Property preservation industry.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
∎ Proficiency in using standard Office Software (Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint))

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage, Analyze and Process the work orders efficiently.
∎ Monitoring the quality of work performed through vendors by data analysis, performance KPI and maintaining accurate records of the performance regularly.
∎ Manages the vendor relationships through effective communications.
∎ Demonstrating the ability to handle Client’s complaints consistently and providing solutions that meet the needs of the client to build a long-term relationship.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, Analyze and Process the work orders efficiently.

∎ Job Hour: 7.00 PM -5.00 AM (Night Shift)
