This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, team coordination, and ensuring operational excellence in the transport sector.

· Supervise and guide passengers during AC & Non-AC bus journeys.

· Ensure passenger comfort, safety, and service quality onboard.

· Collect tickets/fare from passengers and maintain proper records.

· Submit trip income & expenses to the head office accountant.

· Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and luggage handling.

· Maintain discipline and resolve passenger complaints politely.

· Coordinate with drivers, helpers, and station staff for smooth operations.

· Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.

· Follow company rules, safety guidelines, and travel schedules strictly.
